Healthy Cube
The concept of Healthy Cube is based on authenticity. All dishes served are cooked from fresh, local and seasonal products. The design of the place therefore had to be original and authentic.
All the custom furniture was designed by the interior designer and then custom-made by the Vulliet workshop in Annecy: from the benches to the rounded counter, covered in Marca Corona earthenware, made in Italy. The wall panels were also custom-made.
“The circles on the walls bring relief to the place, with a 3D side but also softness. They reflect the desire for well-being of the place. Each shape has been designed to respect this state of mind,” explains the interior designer. The only exception to the roundness is the square tables, which adds a touch of character and alloy of shapes. Project carried out with Carré Lumière for all the furnishings.
